  • Is breakfast included with my stay?

    A daily hot breakfast is included with every stay, and we consider it one of the most important parts of the 303 BnB experience. We believe personal hospitality often lives in the small, thoughtful details of a visit.

  • What amenities come with each suite?

    Every guest suite includes a private ensuite bathroom, luxury linens and a smart television. Several suites also add in-floor radiant heat, and each room offers a complimentary coffee, tea and water station throughout your stay.

  • How many guests do your rooms accommodate?

    Most of our suites are designed for two people, while our navy room, the largest of the five, accommodates up to four with a king bed and a queen bed. Each room offers plenty of space to unwind.

  • Does each room have a private bathroom?

    Each of our five suites includes its own private ensuite bathroom, offering a level of privacy you might not expect from a traditional bed and breakfast. Several bathrooms also feature a tub and shower combination or a walk-in shower.

  • What shared spaces can I use during my stay?

    Beyond your private suite, you'll have access to our guest living, game and theater room, a shared kitchenette and a covered lounge porch. The living room includes a wall-mounted fireplace and a 70-inch television.

  • Is wi-fi available at the property?

    Wi-fi is included throughout the property, along with a smart television and other modern conveniences in every suite. We want your stay with us to feel comfortable and connected, whether you're traveling for work or simply exploring flagstaff.

    We are Kim Davis and Don Woodin, and we personally own and operate 303 bnb flagstaff. Our combined backgrounds in hospitality, event management and construction shaped the inn you'll experience today.

  • What is there to do near the property?

    Flagstaff sits close to the Grand Canyon's south rim and Lowell Observatory, along with volcanic landscapes and a historic downtown district just a short drive from the inn. Many more attractions can be found throughout the surrounding area.

  • Are there restaurants nearby?

    Flagstaff's dining scene includes options like josephine's restaurant and beaver street brewery, both within easy reach of the inn. Many more restaurants and breweries can be found throughout the surrounding downtown area.
