This is a terrific BnB!! All the amenities of a hotel plus great additional features. We only stayed for a quick overnight and I really wish we'd had more time to enjoy the property! The rooms all had king size beds and their own private bathrooms. We didn't get to use the game room but it looked like a great place to hangout, along with both porches, one of which had cute porch swings. The room and bathroom was very clean, and all the normal things like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, iron, etc were included. I highly recommend staying here - so much better then a chain hotel. Especially breakfast which was delicious Eggs Benedict. The neighborhood was great and near a park where I was able to enjoy a nice long walk.

We loved our stay at this bed and breakfast in Flagstaff. Kim was an outstanding host. Our rooms were spacious and sparkling clean. The breakfasts were filling and delicious. The house was located in a cute residential area of Flagstaff. It was about an hour away from Sedona and close to restaurants and fun stuff like the observatory and buffalo park. I would highly recommend staying here as a base for anyone who wants to explore Flagstaff or the surrounding areas.
