About Us

Personal Hospitality in the Heart of Flagstaff

303 BnB Flagstaff is our family-owned bed and breakfast in Flagstaff, Arizona, created for travelers who want modern comfort with a personal feel. Because we own and operate the property ourselves, we provide hands-on care and individual attention throughout each stay. Our goal is to make the experience feel thoughtful, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming.

We purchased our property in June 2021 and began a complete remodel from the ground up. We had lived in Flagstaff once before, in 2012 and 2013, and always hoped to return to this larger mountain town, with four distinct seasons and a strong sense of community. When we found this building, we could immediately see what it might become. Woody's eye for design and construction paired with our shared passion for hospitality, and together we created five individually designed guest suites that combine the comforts of a high-end hotel with the warmth of a true bed and breakfast.

Bringing a Modern Bed and Breakfast to Life

We are Kim Davis and Don Woodin, the owners and innkeepers behind 303 BnB Flagstaff, and hospitality has shaped both of our lives for many years. I spent childhood summers on my family’s dude ranch outside Santa Fe, New Mexico, where I learned hospitality firsthand before building a career in hospitality and event management with Marriott properties in Newport Beach and Scottsdale. Woody owned a construction company and a personnel business in Santa Fe, where the two of us met. In 2016, we combined our backgrounds to purchase and operate the nineteen-room Ouray Inn in Colorado, gaining hands-on experience before returning to Flagstaff to open 303 BnB.

A Shared History in Hospitality

Recognized for Our Hospitality and Our Unique Story

We're honored that 303 BnB Flagstaff has caught the attention of several regional and statewide publications over the years. Writers have been drawn to our hospitality, our individually designed guest rooms, our homemade breakfasts and the story behind how we came to open a family owned inn here in Flagstaff.

Most recently, we were featured by Arizona Highways in 2026, which traced our path from longtime innkeepers to opening a modern, five-room bed and breakfast in Flagstaff. The piece explored our approach to hospitality, individually designed rooms, themed breakfasts, welcoming outdoor spaces, and the relationships we have built with visitors who return year after year.
