Why stay at 303 for your Flagstaff, AZ lodging?

Because the property is family owned and operated with the attention to detail that only comes with true hands-on management by ownership. Kim and Woody owned and operated a bed and breakfast in Ouray, Colorado for many years and moved back to Flagstaff to continue their calling as hospitality aficionados.
